Dayo became a trustee of Involve in 2021. She is a Lecturer in Politics and Policy at Lancaster University with research interests in racial justice, democratic innovations and urban governance.
Her research examines institutions that facilitate or constrain the development and implementation of racially just policies. Before that, she worked as a Chartered Human Resources professional in the private, voluntary and not-for-profit sectors leading on Organisational Development, Learning and Development as well as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
