We're hiring! Support Services Administrator (organisational planning) [CLOSED]

As Support Services Administrator you will play a key role in our team. You’ll help take Involve to the next level as a well-functioning, efficient organisation where we can get the best out of our working lives, supported by the best systems possible, your duties will include:

  • Whole organisation planning – owning the whole organisation calendar, ensuring key meetings and activities are booked in advance and reminding those responsible for delivery of forthcoming dates, supporting the organisation of our team and function away days
  • Supporting the CEO & Management Team – assisting with diary management, organising meetings, taking and circulating minutes and actions.
  • Supporting our governance – arranging meetings of the board of trustees and its subcommittees, assisting the Management team with the preparation of agendas and papers and providing clerking support at meetings.

To succeed in the role, you will be an outstanding and detail oriented administrator who has excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills. You will show lots of initiative, be a strong team player whilst also being able to work autonomously, as well as have a passion for our mission.

You will have experience in diary management, supporting with the preparation of papers for meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.  Ideally, would will also have experience in HR administration – though this is not essential.

Salary band: £26,812 - £29,837 pro rata (+ cost of living pay award pending)
Location: Flexible. Must be comfortable with committing to regular travel both for project work and Involve team activities. Must be able to travel across the UK.
Hours: Part-time 0.40 FTE - 16 hours per week
