Phil joined Involve in August 2024 as a Project Administrator, supporting the delivery of participatory and deliberative projects across the UK.
Before joining Involve in August 2024, Phil worked as an Advocacy Project Manager with refugee and diaspora communities and frontline service providers in London, as well as consulting for an academic journal the Internet of Restorative Justice (IJRJ).
Phil is an experienced project manager, advocate, and facilitator with a passion for community engagement and inclusive decision making. He holds an MSc in Globalisation and Development from SOAS University, in which he researched the prospects for reform and transformation of European asylum governance, with a focus on citizen engagement through restorative practice and deliberative democracy.
Outside of Involve, Phil enjoys facilitating community spaces, practising Brazilian jiu jitsu, writing, and making delicious kombucha.
