Frankie Osborne

Project Officer

Frankie is one of our project officers, working to deliver participatory and deliberative projects across the UK.

Since joining Involve in July 2021, Frankie has worked on some of our Citizens' Assemblies, like the People's Assembly for Nature and Democracy in the UK After Brexit Citizens' Assembly. They have also worked at a local level on a variety of issues such as data rights, community planning and climate change. She has particularly interested in our participant support and liaison, a key part of ensuring everyone can participate and shape decisions that affect them.

Frankie started at Involve as part of Leonard Cheshire's Change100 programme, a internship scheme to remove barriers for young disabled people in the workplace. She completed an Arts & Sciences degree at University College London and the University of Maastricht. She also undertook an apprenticeship at the South Downs National Park Authority, where they supported Heathland landscape conservation and community engagement. In both, Frankie was particularly interested in how people are impacted by and relate to scientific topics like climate change and emerging technologies.
