Chloe Ter-Berg

Project Officer

Before joining Involve, Chloe worked in varied roles across the social and climate sector. Chloe worked with Citizens Advice as a Service Delivery Coordinator for Help through Hardship, a helpline providing emergency support for people in financial hardship, delivered in partnership with the Trussell Trust. 

Prior to this, Chloe worked at the European Climate Foundation as a Programme Assistant and Office Manager, building knowledge and experience in the climate sphere. She also supported people in Higher Education and the workplace, coordinating and delivering support services funded by Access to Work and the Disabled Students Allowance.

Alongside these roles, Chloe has worked with Hopkins van Mil as a freelance workshop facilitator for public deliberation workshops, exploring public views on varied policy initiatives. This includes public deliberations for the National Food Strategy - a review of the UK’s food system; The Newborn Genomes Programme - assessing the implications of Whole Genome Sequencing for newborn health Screening; and the National Data Guardian - exploring public benefit assessments in using health and social care data.

Outside of Involve, Chloe loves crafting, gigging, walking and putting her passion for preventing food waste into baking cakes ready steady cook style with whatever’s available.
