Public and Stakeholder Engagement Associate

Diane is a leading dialogue, consultation, research and engagement advisor and practitioner working inside and outside organisations to deliver, support and encourage professional, ethical and practical approaches to involving stakeholders and publics in policy and service development and delivery. With a varied career spanning 30 years her clients have included public, commercial and third sector organisations ranging from most central government departments and many local authorities and health trusts, the Academy of Medical Sciences, Innovate-UK, the Royal Society and the NSPCC, NHS England, Arts Council England, JISC, Arcadis Consulting and National Grid, as well as international clients in Turkey, Poland, South Africa and Romania.

Her previous full time role was as Chief Executive of Dialogue by Design and director at OPM. She is currently working with the Academy of Medical Sciences to evaluate the public dialogue strand of their policy project looking at how we can best use evidence to judge the potential benefits and harms of medicines.
