Armchair Involvement was an action research project commissioned by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. The aim was to build on the previous armchair work. Involve, together with Thinkpublic  conducted desk research, interviews, workshops and field research into the types of digital tools that NHS staff find useful in involving patients and public. The research team in partnership with practitioners collected ideas and prototypes around how this information might be disseminated.
